Eugene Mihailov was born in Omsk, Russia in 1971 where he attended high school and the Technical University of Omsk. While attending high school, computers and programming attracted his interest. After starting with BASIC programming on an Sinclair ZX Spectrum, he soon moved on to Pascal on an IBM PC where he became interested in GUI programming. After some minor part-time programming jobs, he started working for the Transport Expedition Company in 1995 as a software engineer where he learned to program FoxPro for DOS and Visual FoxPro. Since 1998 he has been developing several shareware projects using Delphi for Windows security purpose: Windows Security Officer, Internet Explorer Security Pro, Security Department, User Time Control, etc.
Since 2004 he has been working for a commercial bank. Now he has excellent programming experience in Delphi, Foxpro, Java and databases (MySQl, Interbase, Oracle).
